Hey guys

I’m back with an outfit post today. It’s been so long since I did one. I recently attended my friend’s wedding so I thought I would post some pictures here for an ootd. I have been a bit irregular with blogging, I’ll try my best to get back into the routine of blogging regularly soon. As always I did my own makeup for her wedding,. In some pictures my contour seems a bit unblended thanks to the flash but in reality it was looking fine. I tried to contour my nose this time and I like how it looks smaller in some pictures. I love the feeling of a smaller one because I have a huge nose otherwise 😛

My lipstick is the new Lakme Weightless matte in Plum Feather. It is such a pretty and universally flattering shade, I just love it and love the contrast it gave to my yellow saree. I’m wearing the Bellami Hair extensions, the 220g set I guess. I have lost so much hair over the last few years and I love the length and thickness this gives me. I’m getting treatment for the hair, will let you know how it goes. The diagnosis doctor did was for Telogen Effluvium. Looking forward to getting some of my hair back at the end of the treatment. I preferred to see a Dermatologist instead of trying out any hair gain serums etc available in the market.

Hey Guys

I’m sharing some pictures from my most recent makeup tutorial which is an Indian Wedding Guest look 🙂 I recently attended my friend’s wedding and thought I would film myself getting ready for you all. I did not want to use any eyeliner because I decided on doing a Halo smokey eye and some heavy fluttery lashes. I am obsessed with Colourpop Cosmetics Ultra Metallic Lip in Flitter so decided on doing metallic lips to match my dress. The colour is very light on me in itself but when used on top of a darker lip looks absolutely gorgeous.

I wore the same lehnga saree that I wore here because I love the pastel colour and intricate work on it. I think it’s perfect for an Indian Wedding plus it’s so easy to wear since I am too bad at wrapping a saree myself. For hair I was in a rush and went for some tight curls. I find it easy to curl my hair since it’s naturally wavy. Straightening on the other hand takes me quite long. For Jewelry I wore simple big pipal patti loops.

Hey Everyone

Sorry I have been missing from the blog and youtube since sometime. I was very busy with Diwali festivities at work but I generally make sure to keep posting to my Instagam and Facebook accounts so please follow me there if you want to see more makeup and outfit pictures (I have both linked to my blog on the right hand side). Also please subscribe to my Youtube channel if you haven’t already. I am still experimenting with different lights and angles so the quality may differ from day to day but my channel already has two videos that you can watch (Youtube username is Harman Beauty). Anyway coming on to today’s post- we had four day long Diwali festivities at work. One of those days we were supposed to dress in Traditional outfits. Since I am Punjabi I just had to take that opportunity and dress as Punjabi as I could.

Hey girls

Okay so I am back with the last outfit post from my Goa vacation. We left the day next to this one so I just wore some leggings and a tshirt for the journey home hence this would be the last post from Goa vacation. Time literally flies by when you are having a lot of fun. I cant wait for future vacations already haha. I have so much makeup that I need to start playing with but I am not getting much time lately. I am thinking of doing the Kala Chashma look tonight. Hopefully it still interests you guys since its been ages since the song came out haha.

Back to this post. We were planning on heading to the beach this day so I wore my shorts. I have had these shorts for about 3 years now and I love them. I think they are the only Denim shorts that I have in my collection. I love that they’re neither too long nor too short and fit perfectly. I paired it with a crop top, after all Goa is meant for crop tops, shorts, swimsuits and all. I did not want to wash my hair hence the donut bun which is my favourite hairstyle on days I am lazy to wash my hair plus its so good in humid months. But dont go for a movie if you have a donut bun hairdo because it will be so hard to sit comfortably haha but apart from that its great.

I accessorized my bun with some flowers that I got from Asda UK. I thought they went really well with the whole outfit. I love my neckpieces so I had to wear one over the top. The neckpiece and jewelry are from Asda as well. The crop top is from H&M. I’m so happy we have an H&M in Punjab now. YAY!

Hey Girls

I’m sharing my second outfit from the Goa vacation. I literally bought this dress about 4 years ago but never got around to wearing it. The colour is so pretty. I love pastels and this is typically me. It was also very comfortable and breezy for such a hot day in Goa. It was quite humid this day and we got a lot of tanning. I wore my same oversized hat again to save my face from the sun damage. Its  very hard putting on sunscreen again and again when you have makeup on because I am not that much into redoing my base all the time.

I just wore some regular slippers with the dress that can be worn to the beach without worrying about them getting ruined. I literally just wore slippers mostly in Goa. I paired the dress with a cute neckpiece. I honestly love these chunky neckpieces, they add so much to any outfit.

My makeup for the day was also pretty much my everyday makeup again (I’ll do a post on it soon) with added False lashes and a darker lip (KVD Lolita). Thank you for all the amazing comments and sorry I have not been able to respond back much. I’ll get back into it soon.

I’m back with another outfit post for you guys. This one is in collaboration with Envoged.com. Coming back to the outfit post. I chose to style this beautiful Ranna Gill dress and these Steve Madden Heels. Everything came packed safely and securely with ‘Envoged’ tags on them to give you that brand new product feel. On the website you can see the condition listed whether its gently used, fairly used or brand new. All the pictures are of the actual product so you can hover over the picture and see the exact condition. hey clean and sanitize any product before sending them. My dress and heels are in a great condition. The heels were in the Fairly Used category hence you could see some fading but nothing that’s noticeable and considering the great discount I got it for, I loved it!

Hey Girls

I’m back with an ethnic outfit post after pretty long. I absolutely adore the Indian ethnic outfits and any chance I get to wear them, I make sure I make the most of it. I went to my cousin’s wedding yesterday and since we are in the summer season I wanted to wear something light and airy. I got this sari with Fulkari (Traditional Punjabi work) a while ago and I loved how traditional yet modern it is at the same time. The colour is something that I dont have in any of my ethnic clothes. I found it very unique and pretty. I wont talk much and let the pictures do all the talking.

I chose to keep my makeup a little bit dramatic. I did bronze eye makeup with lips that matched the pink on my sari. I will post more pictures of my eye makeup in a separate post.

My accessories included a metallic tattoo,  my guess watch, two big bangles and earrings. I got the earrings from a shop here in Chandigarh and got some pipal pattis attached to them to give them a more ethnic look.

For hair, I chose to curl them because curling my hair takes me literally 10 minutes and we were kind of short on time. Since my hair is naturally wavy, the curling process is pretty easy. I used my Philips wand which I absolutely love (Review here)

Hey guys

I’m posting an ootd on the blog after so long. I love dressing up, on some days more than others. Grey is one colour I am a big fan of. This is my second outfit post that I am doing in a grey coloured dress (You can see the previous one here). I got this dress from Zara when I accidentally walked into their store on the first day of their sale. I went crazy there and bought 5 things in total. This dress is one I really loved. You can totally wear it without the leggings but since I wore it to work I paired them with my favourite black leggings. All in all a very comfortable and relaxed outfit. Paired it with a really old necklace that I almost never wear anymore and I was all set.

Hey lovelies

I am finally back on the blog after a few days. I was in Delhi for a day for my friend’s wedding that I was so excited about. I had originally planned on wearing one of my old lehngas but I randomly walked into an Indian wear store and came out with this lovely Floral lehnga. I had been looking for a nice floral one since so long but couldn’t find one I loved. This one stole my heart. I love the mirror work with a simple floral bottom. It was pretty reasonable as well. The only issue I had was the fit on the blouse. It was a pre stitched one which was so hard to fit to my size. I literally tried it on 4 times in the store before I got a fit I could deal with. It is still pretty tight in certain places but I was just out of patience.

I love how the whole look turned out though. I got a high bun done from a salon and I think it looked pretty nice.

For my makeup I went with glittery eyes done using the glitter part of Revlon Eye Art (Review here). I just did a neutral eye makeup and went on top of the beige part with golden glitter. Finished it with big fluttery false lashes and a berry lip shade to match the flowers in my lehnga. The lipcolor is Nyx Soft Matte in Prague.
