Happy weekend. Hope you’re having a nice one. I’m back with a blush review for you all today. This one is sooo inexpensive and looks similar to NARS blushes. I think Elf really nailed the packaging of this one. It’s so classy and sturdy that you will not feel like you are holding a $3 blush. How it performs otherwise, read on to know more.

As I said before, I have absolutely no problems with the packaging of this one. It seems like it is made out of high quality plastic and has a small mirror attached as well. The top is see through so you can see the actual colour beneath it. The top closes tightly so it is very easy to carry it around. Also is light weight and compact. The only thing that some of you may not like is that it does not come with a brush. I dont mind that as I almost never use the brush that comes with the product. They are so harsh and coarse.
Coming to the colour, it’s such a pretty Barbie Doll pink that a lot of skintones would be able to pull off if used properly. It’s bright pink so you have to use carefully else you may end up with clown cheeks. One thing I noticed, my blush has a weird surface. I mean it’s very bumpy and odd. I wonder if that is normal. I googled online and people’s blushes look okay to me. The main problem with that weird blush acne (hehe) is that it makes it so hard to get it on my brush. The texture is a bit powdery but I dont see any fall out anywhere probably due to the top layer my blush has gathered from God knows where.

The lasting power is very standard. It stays on for about 5-6 hours. I have really oily skin so no blush lasts that long on me. I keep on blotting and that takes some of it away as well. You just need to blend it really nicely to make it look more natural. This is the kind of colour which may not really look natural ever because it’s so pink but you can work around it with the amount you use.

Overall, I really like this blush. The quality is so nice for the price it comes at. I would totally recommend it to all of you. The colours it comes in seem to be very nice. Only problem is that it is pretty expensive for India standards.
