L’oreal Paris Kajal Magique review!

Okay I know I am soooooo late in posting this. I just lost all contact with my blog. I have been having so many internet issues lately and could nt get myself to post more frequently. The pictures of this product have been sitting in my laptop since so long and I am finally putting them to use 🙂 Lets get on with the review.

I used to be a big Kajal person a few years ago but slowly I just started using it much lesser than I used to. The first time I noted this Kajal, I thought what a cute packaging but since I had already had a lot of them to finish I skipped it. This particular piece was sent to me by L’oreal (review biased in no way whatsoever :)) and I am happy they did because I really do love it. It does everything I want my eyeliner/kajal to and has surely no disappointed me in any way. The packaging is regular twist kinds so no product wastage in sharpening.

The colour is not a very intense black but to be honest you can simply layer it on. It goes on a little bit hard which is mainly due to winters since all my other pencil liners are comparatively hard as well. You can heat it a little bit if that bothers you. I am okay with it and use it as it is. On days that I am in a dressy eyes mood, I use some of this in my waterline and smudge it into my lashline and I am good to go. You will get a nice black colour in 2 or 3 swipes of it.

The lasting power on me is pretty good. It acts just like my Diana of London eyeliner I reviewed on my old blog. It smudges very less and gives me upto 8 hour wear. After 5 to 6 hours it started fading from the waterline so it looks like you never added it there but smudged a little bit of it in your lower eyelashes. I really like that look. Eyeliners that smudge just make me look so tired. I do have really oily eyelids so if this works for me I am sure it would work for you. It is darker than the Colossal Kajal which is also a nice option for people. I would recommend this more though.

A Little tip- If you are tired of your eyeliner smudging, add a little bit of black eyeshadow on the top of the liner, makes it last wayyyy longer. Tried and tested 🙂

Overall, for 245/- I think this behaves really well. I would surely repurchase once I finish up all my other kajals too. I do recommend it to girls wanting to try out new eyeliners 🙂
