Maybelline Fit Me Concealer review!

I’m gonna review my another favourite concealer lately. I have heard so many good things about the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer. Unfortunately, that is a little expensive and its so hard to find it in India. Recently my sister came from the US and I got a few makeup things from there 🙂 A popular dupe of that NARS concealer is the Maybelline Fit Me concealer. At first when I tried it, I wasnt so impressed because I thought it doesnt work for my dark circles but now I have found the perfect way to use it in combination with my Kryolan Dermacolor colour corrector (Review here). Read on to know what I think of this concealer.

At first I tried this concealer without the corrector and it looked so ashy and made my dark circles look a bit grey. Then I started using the Maybelline Age rewind concealer (Review is here) and really liked it too. The Age rewind one has a very sheer coverage compared to this. I sometimes layer both of the concealers to get a proper coverage. I tried the Fit Me concealer with an Orange corrector and it worked beautifully. The dark circles were concealed so well and this has been my go to since.

The concealer is soooo easy to blend. I mostly just blend it with my fingers. This is perfect for those with dry underye skin. Once you put it on and blend it, it looks a tiny bit oily and you need to use a powder on top. I dont really mind that because I always set my concealer with powder otherwise it gets in all the lines under my eye. The product is easy to spread with the doe foot applicator. I find the packaging of this better than that of the Age rewind one.

Once set properly with a powder, it lasts all day. I do a triangle shape on the undereye as that gives the best coverage. I wish they make this available in India soon. We are so short of good concealers  here. It is pretty much full coverage and one layer covers it all up. The colour I use is Medium, there are lighter and darker shades too.

Overall, I really love this concealer, while my first impression was okay kinds I have fallen in love with the blendability and coverage of this one. You should definitely give it a go.
