Hey Girls
So today I am reviewing a nail paint brand called Miss Nails for you all. I feel like I almost never review nail colours as much as I do other products, especially lip ones 😛 but I will try to do more nail paint reviews for you all in the future. Miss Nails is an Indian brand that has a lot of collection of different colours and is available in certain stores as well.
Price – 175/-
Availability – Online on Flipkart (here) and in stores
The colours I have are ‘Peach Tonight’ and ‘Feeling Hot’. Both shades are in the peach family. Peach Tonight is a beautiful pastel peach colour that is perfect for the summer season. Feeling Hot leans on the red side and looks so nice on the nails. It’s surely a versatile colour and would suit everyone.
Peach Tonight was a bit patchy in two coats only hence I had to go over with a third coat. It took ages to dry with the third coat but that gave it the uniform look. Because of three coats it chipped off pretty fast. The texture is a little on the thicker side so you need to be a little patient when you first put it on.
Feeling Hot being a darker shade goes completely opaque in two coats only. It lasted a lot better than Peach Tonight. Started chipping off on the third day and once it started it chipped quite a lot in the next day or two. I would say the staying power is like your average nail paint. They have a nice glossy finish to them. I love the studded Miss Nails written on the top of the nail paint bottle. Its just so cute!
It contains no Toluene, DBP which is a great thing. The last thing we all want is to put chemicals on our nails. I already have brtittle and thin nails so this is a big thumbs up for me.
Overall, I love the colours they have available in this range and you are sure to find one that you love. For the price point these are great 🙂 I dont love them more than my Maybelline Gel nail paint since they lasted for over 5 days on my nails but for this price I dont think I can complain much.
PROS:
- Affordable
- Made in India
- Chemical free
- Nice glossy finish
- Good packaging
CONS:
- Average staying power
My rating – 4/5
See you all with another review soon 🙂
