Hey Guys
I am back with another inspired look. I saw the movie Neerja on Saturday and I was so touched by it. I think Sonam played the part very well. What Neerja Bhanot did is such an inspiration to all. I really wish she had lived though but they say God also needs good human beings. I loved Sonam’s look in the movie. It was very simple as the makeup and hair in the 80s used to be. The main highlights were a winged liner and a red lip.
To create a similar look I went for a medium coverage foundation and did not conceal the dark circles as I usually would because Sonam had some showing through and I am sure they did not have the same makeup techniques in the 80s which we have now. I just put on a little bit of concealer and bronzer. The blush was also very understated and subtle. Now I obviously do not have short hair so I had to do a loose pony tail and fold them inside. Since my hair is quite messy, it did get a few fly aways. And ofcourse I dont have a hairline like Sonam so there are a lot of gaps showing. I am still very happy with how the look turned out.
