Hey guys
I’m gonna be reviewing my current favourite day cream today. I have been using this cream for the last few weeks and I’m now ready to share my review with you all. I know it says Anti Ageing and I dont need anything anti ageing yet but it I am currently using a proper Collagen skin regime so this fit perfectly into that. For some reason I think creams that boost collagen production help with my eczema more. Read on to know more about this cream š

The cream is a light cream in colour and spreads easily. It does not feel drying at all and moisturizes the skin very well. I am so happy that Indian brands have finally started creating moisturizing creams instead of powdery white creams. It absorbs easily and does not feel greasy or heavy at all.
This VLCC cream gives a nice glowy finish to the skin. I think dry skin people would absolutely love it. I have combination oily skin and this neither breaks me out nor does it make my skin too oily. This can be a good cream for day time use since it also has spf. I use it as my base and then use the Nivea after shave balm on top as a primer (Review here). The packaging is spill proof and very cute haha.
The fragrance is very nice and I love to use this the first thing in the morning. I don’t have too many wrinkles yet (thank God) but I do have some smile lines around my face probably from smiling and laughing all the time. Ever since I have started using this VLCC nourishing cream in combination with a collagen cream from Etude House I feel like my skin is a little better and those smile lines are less prominent. They have not gone completely but now atleast my makeup does not get stuck inside them and make me look old.
On my eczema patches I always use another heavy duty glycerin based cream on top of this VLCC nourishing cream because nothing keeps them hydrated for long enough. But even if I forget to use it for some time this takes care of the moisture for those patches for the next few hours. The SPF 25 is an added bonus because from what I have heard a sun protective cream should be the first thing that goes on your face.
Overall, I am very happy with the VLCC NourishingĀ cream. It’s texture and hydration factor make it a really nice one in the market these day. I will surely checkout more products from this range. I honestly wasnt expecting much but I am seriously so impressed with it.
