Heyy Guys
Sorry I have been missing for so long. I have been so busy at work and home, I just couldnt get pics clicked for all the products I have to review. I have a Colourpop haul lined up too. Can you believe I have had products for about a week now but still havent used them because I want to click pics first haha. Blogger issues! Today I am reviewing my new favourite BB cream. My sister brought this over for me. You must have seen it in my haul post here. I have been using this non stop since then and it has become my favourite BB cream. Read on to know more 🙂
Price- About 1700 on Strawberrynet.
You can buy it here.
The BB Cream comes in a 50 ml packaging. Typically the foundation we get is about 30 ml so this is a good quantity for this price. I have always loved trying the authentic Korean BB creams. They always have a slightly greyish texture but the grey tones settle down in a few minutes. The main downside is that these come in a single colour usually and even if they have a shade selection it is very limited and mainly suits fair to medium skintones.
You dont need too much quantity of this. Just a single pump covers the entire face. I always make sure to blend it very well especially around the hairline because that is the area most products get stuck and look odd. I sometimes use my real techniques sponge (Review here) with it but mostly use my fingers. I find it hard to clean sponges really and I need more product if I am using a sponge as it absorbs most of it.
The texture is almost watery. It blends really nicely and does not look oily or shiny. The finish is kind of satin. It makes the skin look very healthy and glowing. The oil control is very nice too. My T zone is pretty oily. This keeps the oil at bay for about 3 hours which is the maximum I get from any cream. When I first put it on, my skin looks a little bit too white but once blended it settles in nicely and gives me an even finish.
The coverage I would say is medium. If you use more than one layer then you can build it up to be an almost full coverage. For special occasions and parties I always prefer using my foundations but this is my everyday favourite. This cream lasts a good 7 hours without having the skin looking patchy. It almost looks like you have nothing on your face. My chin area is a little bit darker than the rest of my face so I always use my Kryolan corrector before putting on BB Cream there because then it does not look ashy. I often forget to use a separate powder with this as it gives a really even finish without it as well.
Comparing with the other BB Creams I like the blendability and the texture of this one better than most we get in India. This also does not go into any lines on my face especially the eczema area and gives the face an overall young look. If you want to try an authentic Korean BB Cream I would say give this a try 🙂
The grey tones settle down once blended nicely. If you follow me on Instagram, you can see my most recent pics. This is what I wear in all of them!

This appears to leave a white cast. Is it lighter for your skin or there are no dark skin shades available?

No it’s just the undertone sorts. It settled in after a while 🙂
