Hey girls,
Here is my review on a drugstore, not so expensive mascara. Rimmel is available at Parcos store in Elante Mall, Chandigarh. I love going to Parcos, the store smells so good and has so much makeup *_*. I first bought a different mascara without trying it on even. I so regret buying that mascara. I HATE it. It does absolutely nothing for my lashes, well maybe just weighing them down and making them look worse than natural lashes. The next time I went to store, I tried on a few and loved the way this made my lashes look. So it had to come back with me ^_^. Below is my review on it:-
Price:- Somewhere around 400 INR
The mascara claims to be full volume and curve. While I dont really agree with the volume part, the curve thing is definitely true. It makes my lashes look curvier even without an eyelash curler. Although the best results are achieved with an eyelash curler. It does not give them that feathery lash look but still makes them look nice and curly.
The brush is a stiff little one with three bumps which helps in giving that curly eyelash look. Its easy to use on the lower lashes as well. I have to admit, I do end up poking this in my eye every once a while. It is pretty painful hehe. So you need to be careful while applying it. It is not at all a clumpy mascara, however if you go beyond 4 coats it may clump a little. But overall there is very minimal clumping.
The mascara itself does not smudge or transfer at all. My Benefit They re real smudges on my eyes, but thats for another review. I have to say if you are looking for an everyday mascara that lasts all day long and you already have lashes that are long but need a little curling then do give this a try. I am extremely happy with this one. I would not purchase it again as I like trying new stuff but I would definitely recommend it to you if you want a mascara that just performs well.
I ll keep this short and simple. I like this mascara and would give it a score of 8/10. It makes my lashes curl and look longer. 3 coats are enough for that nice fluttery eyelashes. I highly recommend 😀

3. Curls well
4. Non smudging formula
5. Lasts all day
CONS:
1. Does not give much volume
