Bajirao Mastani: Mastani Inspired look!

Hello guyss

Hope you had an amazing 2015. I still cannot believe this year is already over. Everything is kind of a blur for me, where did the time go?! This year I resumed my blogging which was on hold for a year or two because I was prioritizing certain things. I am so happy 2015 brought me back to it because doing looks etc brings me so much happiness. I saw Bajirao Mastani when it came out and I completely fell in love with Mastani’s look throughout the movie. She looks so elegant and beautiful. I loved the Jewelry, outfits, set basically everything! I decided that day that I will do a Mastani inspired look for my blog. I ordered a nath the same day but it didnt reach me until day before yesterday so as soon as I could, I clicked some pics for you all!

Funny thing I had noooo idea that a nath is worn on the left side of the face 😛 I dont know why I always put everything on on the right side hah. I even had the passa on this side until I realized the left was looking a bit barren so I moved the passa to that side.

Mastani’s look throughout the movie is very natural yet glowy. The main focus is just the eyelashes, everything else is very natural and subtle. I think this look would be perfect for everyday makeup. I will list all of the products used and their reviews down below so you can check them out for yourself. Below were the pictures I took the inspiration from. I saw a lot of people do her look from the Mastani song but I wanted to do something different with full on jewelry like her. I really enjoyed shooting this look and I am quite happy with the result.

Do leave me a comment and let me know if there are any other looks you want me to do 🙂

My set and tikka are all gold and pearls.

The Passa is from Zotiqq, nath from Anuradha Art Jewelry and the hand thing from Miss A jewelry.

Outfit is the same peach lehnga I showed here. I thought that was the closest match I had to her outfit considering it is a very pastel shade.

Makeup used it all listed below:

Face – Loreal True Match foundation (Reviewed here), Kryolan corrector (Reviewed here), Maybelline Fit me concealer (Reviewed here), Flormar loose powder (Reviewed here), Highlighter from a BH Cosmetics palette, MAC Peaches blush (Reviewed here)

Eyes – Mac Soft Brown eyeshadow (Reviewed here), Covergirl Eye brow pencil, Loreal Miss Manga mascara, Maybelline gel liner to tightline (Reviewed here), Rimmel N*de eyeliner pencil

Lips – Bourjois Enjoleuse liner (Reviewed here), Lakme Toffee Nexus lipstick (Reviewed here)

And that’s it for the makeup! Hope you liked this post 🙂

Love-

Harman
